The December 2013 ASTD Lighthouse meeting is one you don't want to miss. Dr. Scott Alsobrooks and Dr. Steve Miller will present Value Stream Mapping for the Lean Office: Planning, Mapping, and Sustaining Lean Improvements in Administrative Areas.

This one day workshop will uncover the power of Lean Enterprise concepts applied to office and administrative environments. Attendees will learn how to apply value stream mapping (VSM) to non-production areas, identify office wastes, establish performance metrics, speed up administrative workflow and improve office efficiency.
