With all the networking that is done through Linked In, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, and other social media, some of us have forgotten the tried and true way of having a conversation with someone you've just met.  Many of us know about having an elevator pitch but how many of us really have one that conveys that one key fact that will catch someone's attention?  And, it's not always the people that you've just met that can help you, it's the people that you know that you don't know enough about that could give you the referral of a lifetime.  Join ATD other members and guests in activities to learn more about what we can do for each other to grow and develop our careers and our networks.  Participate in a "Who Do You Know?" exercise to determine potential network members and to discover if others in the room are within those six degrees of separation that could help you connect.
