Generational Differences
 in the Workplace

with Melanie Holmes

Vice President, World of Work Solutions ManpowerGroup

Look around at work and you’ll see co-workers of all shapes, sizes, colors – and ages.  A diverse workplace makes for superior decisions, a more interesting environment and better customer relations.  But diversity – particularly generational diversity – can also lead to problems.  Melanie Holmes will talk about the differences among the generations and how we can harness those differences to achieve results.  At the end of her presentation you’ll understand…

… what shaped and motivates the different generations,

… what you can do as a manager (or trainer) to engage each generation, and

… how each age group prefers to learn.
