Sandra Bernard Dugas enjoys a nationwide reputation for business success, and is frequently in demand as a speaker and presenter at workshops and conferences across the United States. For the past 15+ years, she has worked as a professionalexecutive coach, master trainer and group facilitator. Through her Lafayette business, Dynamic Adventures, she works with leaders and managers helping them to maximize workplace performance.  Sandra holds advanced degrees from Louisiana State University and serves as a graduate adjunct faculty member at the University of Southern Mississippi.  She is also a facilitator for the Training and Development Certification Program at the Jack and Patti Phillips WPLP Institute.  She is co-author of trade texts, The Savvy Manager: 5 Skills That Drive Optimal Performance, afocus on the people side of managing; and the soon to be released follow-upbook Mastering Savvy, an in-depthlook at the five skills in action in the workplace and for life.  A resident of Lafayette, Louisiana, Sandra is an avid reader, veteran traveler and dedicated life-long learner. 

Presentation Summary: In this workshop, leadership is discussed as a covenant that flows from core principles, which direct you to lead with confidence; to always do the right thing. The demand for this quality of leadership extends to all levels of every organization. The program will reveal ways to practice leadership that extend beyond role or titled position in your organization.
